Zoo trip

Friday we went to the zoo, in celebration of Siosi's and Dan's birthdays. The kids had a lot of fun and it was a beautiful day.

Easter Best

We took pictures yesterday of the kids after church as they all wore their Easter outfits and it was such a nice day out. Hopefully these are more clear than the ones I posted earlier in sneak peak. Don't you just love our tulips. I do! I love the spring time. And it only gets prettier as more flowers bloom.

Another attempt.
Too much spacing but cute anyways.

Tulip Festival

We went to the Tulip Festival in Woodburn yesterday. I just love going. Too bad Lila wasn't here so she could take gorgeous pictures here. The kids played in the kids area for hours. And we saw all the beautiful tulips. I love just seeing rows and rows of flowers. GORGEOUS!
The kids on the bridge. Too bad the row behind them hasn't bloomed yet and the angle was hard to get right because it was so muddy in front of it.
Kenzie showing me her favorite flower.
Siosi and Eliana smelling the tulips.
The rows of mixed tulips. I didn't get very many pictures of flowers as by the time we really went to see the flowers it was getting dark.
Kenzie and Kalo as tulips.
What handsome men in front of beautiful flowers.
Eliana going down on top of the pipe slide.
Who's that? Oh it is Eliana.
Kenzie down the slide.
Alisi loved playing with the hay.
Is that Porter I see?
Love Kalo's face in this one and love how it is Porter and Kenzie in the other.
Is this really Kenzie?
Duck races!
Race those ducks Kenzie!
Eliana and Porter on the bumpy slide. Porter was making me nervous as he would climb up this huge slide and go down over and over again. I climbed up with him the first time but I didn't like it as it was too high for me so I just had Eliana help him until he got much better at it and then I just spotted him on the ladder.
He also loved the horse swings.
Playing on the hay stack/tube slides.

Look at these cute wooden shoe makers. (Eliana and Siosi)

Egg Hunting

We did a couple of egg hunts. Thursday before Easter we did one with our Playgroup at the church. Didn't get any pictures of that one because David had to have the camera that day for work. Then on Easter we did one after the first session of Conference at Grandpa and Grandma Strasser's with the cousins that live in town.
The cousins all excited to go on the hunt. From left to right: Top row: Owen and Porter; Bottom row: Kalo, Alyssa, Siosi, Eliana and Kenzie.

Eliana found one in the pot.
So excited!
Kenzie with a basket full of eggs.
We had a wonderful Easter. It was really nice to have Easter on General Conference weekend, I thought because we got to hear the prophets' uplifting words and it was a great reminder to the whole focus of Easter.

Easter Bunny Visit

The Easter Bunny Visited our house on Sunday morning.
He left these for the kids, sorry you can't see much inside. Porter got a toy boat and some candy, the girls got playdough and candy.
Coming to take a peak at what was left.
Wouldn't look at the camera, but you can see her true bed hair.
Porter was super excited to have candy!

Egg Dyeing

Saturday between sessions of General Conference we dyed eggs. We got a fun kit that had beads, stickers, egg wrap-arounds and much more.
The girls at work, what a face on Kenzie here.
