Eliana's 4th B-day Part 2

On the 1st of January Eliana had her birthday, sorry it took so long to post this. She turned 4; I still can't believe it. She was lucky and had two different birthday celebrations. The first one was actually on her b-day, at my family's house in Las Vegas (I made a slideshow of those pictures, see below). We had to do it in the early afternoon because we flew home that day. We didn't bring her birthday gifts with us to Las Vegas and she is so into birthdays that it is a must to have a party with the cousins, so we had another celebration the next day too with David's family. She is just so spoiled. My mom made her a cute little balloon cake and cupcakes with ballerinas and I attempted to make her a present cake. The one I made didn't turn out as well as the picture, but Eliana did have fun helping me make it. She loved everything about her birthdays. Below are the pictures from the party at our house Present Cake.

Christmas Day #2

We flew into Las Vegas on Christmas night late so we had Christmas with them on Friday, the next day. Here are some pictures of the girls opening gifts at Grandma and Grandpa Smith's:

We had a wonderful Christmas and I wanted to thank both Grandparents and my siblings for the gifts. Our kids sure are spoiled. We are lucky to have such wonderful family! We enjoyed the time we were able to spend with both sides of the family this Christmas season. I will post more on our trip to Vegas when I get pictures from my family soon.

Christmas Morning

Sorry I am posting so late, but I have been busy with getting home from Las Vegas last week and dealing with sick children. Here is pictures I took Christmas morning at our house. We had a good day but it went by very fast. We had to pack that day and we tried to get to David's parents' early but we just couldn't get out the door. We opened the gifts from David's family over there, but I didn't get any pictures of that because our camera was packed away to go to Vegas. We spent a good bit of time on Christmas in the airport, our flight was delayed over an hour. That put us getting into Vegas around midnight. It was still a good day! I hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas.

Eliana peeking in the stocking.

Santa brought Eliana this bike, which we got from some friends and just added training wheels and some Tinkerbell stickers, because she wanted a "magical Tinkerbell bike".

Porter was just happy as usual.

Oh pants for Kenzie, how exciting. Actually she really just enjoyed unwrapping anything.

David with his Christmas gift he actually bought himself a while ago, a new gun.

Me showing off what David got me, a necklace and earrings.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was spent at the Strasser's. We had a delicious dinner, played some fun games, and tried to act out the Christmas story. I didn't get very many pictures because I didn't have a good camera. But we actually ended up getting David's parents old camera so we have one again. Here is Kalo eating on the go.
These two conked out early.
Santa Baby!
Grandma Strasser made these girl cousins some matching nightgowns, thanks Shar.

Oh and David had to go hunting when it was so snowy. He hunted a lot before Christmas. Here's him and Dan freezing in the snow, showing off their birds.

Random...Random...Random...

Lila randomly picked three numbers...you chose which number you want to go where and then post the picture! Easy enough right? Sweet, let's get started:35, 19, 6

My Randomly selected order is:
First Folder: 6
Second Folder: 35
Posted Picture: 19
This is a picture that was taken of Eliana when she was a little over 6 months in July 2005. She was just learning how to eat at that age. I think she actually looks like Porter now in this picture.
If you are looking for a New Years Resolution, feel free to use Manic Monday as one of them. We are always looking for more people to play with us...so come on in and join the fun! See you next week
